In 2009, Kathy Worm founded her firm to use the employment and corporate law training and experience she gained at large national firms to provide clients with the personalized and committed service that they deserve. She now focuses her expertise on three practice areas: Coaching Executives in Transition; Conducting Workplace Investigations; and Counseling Academic Entrepreneurs, Researchers, and Consultants.
